Product application:
The high-temperature test chamber is used to test the performance indicators of components and materials of products related to electronics, electrical appliances, automobiles, motorcycles, aerospace, rubber, plastics, metals, ships, weapons, colleges and universities, and research institutions under high-temperature constant temperature conditions.
Chamber structure:
High-temperature test chambers are typically constructed with stainless steel mirror panels (or brushed panels) for the inner chamber, which are welded using argon arc welding, resulting in a durable and clean interior. The outer shell of the chamber is made of high-quality steel plates that are treated with a spray plastic coating, giving it an attractive and modern appearance.
The hot air circulation system consists of a fan capable of continuous operation at high temperatures and a special air duct design, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the working chamber. An independent temperature limit alarm system is included, which automatically interrupts the operation if the temperature exceeds the set limit, ensuring the safety of the experiment and preventing accidents.
Additionally, these chambers often feature a large area of tempered glass observation windows, which allow for clear visibility into the working chamber for monitoring purposes.
Control system:
The temperature control of the high temperature test chamber uses a fully imported touch-button instrument, which makes operation and setting simple. After entering the data and test conditions, the controller has a lock function to prevent accidental human touch from changing the temperature values.
It features an automatic PID calculation function, which can immediately correct the temperature change conditions, making the temperature control more accurate and stable.
